I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome, every time I go to inspect something, it takes a few seconds to load, it seems to be crashing, it only happens here in this forum

That because here on wpForo.com website we've installed Autoptimize plugin. It has cached all CSS files and combine in one CSS resource. The Google Chrome and all other browser inspection tools work hard on such case. So just ignore that, all is ok in usual cases. If we need Chrome Inspection we can disable the optimizer plugin.
As I said if you don't use Autoptimize plugin on website, it's fast. Just don't use the optimizer plugin in your website if you do HTML inspection. This discussion doesn't have direct relation to wpForo. wpForo plugin HTML inspection is always fast.
The Autoptimizer plugin is installed on wpForo.com website, so on your website you can do fast inspection.
