[Solved] Lost styling after a post

After a post I lost the styling, I think the CSS, and then once the page is done it is okay on the next page. 

After this post, it goes off and I can't figure out what is happening:

When I look at the quote I don't see the exact same code you are referencing. Here is what I see:
