As Sofy said, you should not use it if you're not developer. This is not for copy/paste.

I'm sorry but, If you're not a programmer you can't use that code. That code does nothing if you use it as is. It should be used in your custom script as an end processor.

You should provide data to that code in some PHP loop to create sub-forums. This should be used one time and generate all sub-forums. So this code is for programmers not for putting in website and waiting for some result. There'll not be any result, moreover, it'll break your website. So please just forget about this code if you're not programmer and if you're not going to create custom script based on that code line.

Below is provided the code that adds forums. You just need to change red marked codes before using:

However, if you're not a developer please don't do make any changes, just ask some developer to do it for you. Please note, we don't provide support in such cases.
