If WordPress User Roles are synchronized with wpForo User Groups, you can change the user's User Role and his usergroups would be changed as well.

If WordPress User Roles are not synchronized with wpForo User Groups, open user's profile from the dashboard(Dashboard > Users > Profile) and change his usergroup from Forum - Usergroup field
