Please note, that you're using WordPress forum plugin. This is not a separate stand-alone forum software. wpForo is based on WordPress Users System. It doesn't have separate authorization system. All your users are register and login one time and those get accesses to Website and Forum at the same time. So forum users are the same website users you can't delete those separately because those are the same.

if you want to have separate registration and user system for forum, you should install another WordPress website in some sub-directory or sub-domain, install the same WordPress theme. Then install wpForo and enable Turn WordPress to wpForo option. Then in your man website change forum menu to the new installed WordPress website.

For roughly half of those members we want to give them access to a restricted forum. Now after installing WP Foro, all the members got automatically added to the forum as well. We want our members to sign up separately for that forum.

 

Now when I try to delete a member from the WP Foro Memberlist that member is also deleted from the entire WP database, obviously we don't want that. We just want members that have access to this restricted forum link to go thru the registration for the forum themselves.

 

How can we do this?
