We are not planing to make changes on the fields and make them labels, those fields are not public, and don't affect on SEO ranking. Some fields have labels as well.

I tried to edit this through the php code but didn't have any success. Is there a way I can add form fields into the edit profile page? I linked an image of the /classes/Forms.php with the edits I tried without any success. Appreciate any help thanks!
