Please make sure you've set correct FROM name/email for Email settings in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Emails admin page.

Make sure you don't have reCAPTCHA plugins installed and there is no any plugin which protects or changes registration/login forms.

It just keeps refreshing to the same registration page . I'm  using default settings. Any ideas on what could be going on?
