The recent posts page displays topics ordered by last post date. This is a list of all topics to a single forum topic, thus the sticky topics cannot be set on top. The sticky topic ordering logic only works in forums.  Please see the screenshot and find the ordering logic difference in a simple Forum Page and in Recent Posts page. There is no random ordering in wpForo.

If you look closely you'll see the topics are arranged in what seems to me to be a random order or maybe by member sorted for something.... I would like the topics to be arranged as follows:

One sticky post - one that stays forever.
