wpForo create a new page with /community/ slug and with shortcode in the  content during the installation process. Please go to Dashboard > Pages and search for "wpforo" word. It should find the page which includes shortcode.

There is a "slug" (community) mentioned, which implies to me that the page should be there, but it was not generated.
