1. By default Forum uses “Forum” page with /community/ slug.  You don’t need to delete current forum page even if you’ve already changed that, just follow to next step.
2. Create another page, for example “Home Forum” with “home-forum” slug. And put shortcode in  page content.
3. Navigate in Dashboard to Settings > Reading admin page, find the “Front page displays” option, select the “Front page”, choose “Home Forum” in drop-down and save options:

And these are already done, please don't delete or change them.

And I did not add/remove any plugin during the last 72 hr. so I do not see the point.

I have:

Contact Form by Supsystic, Jetpack של וורדפרס.קום, Wordfence Security, WP Super Cache, פורום - wpForo.

All other are deactivated.

Any way, all plugins are deactivated except wpForo... 

Also please deactivate all other plugins.

As I stated, I can get into the forum and can not open any item.

I think I know what happened.

I was trying to add Q&A, It was created as first item and not last. Just like replies it should be created last to keep on consistency along the forum operation and usage.

While I was trying to drag it down it got stock as a sub somewhere and finally it was positioned at end. I opened a topic in it and it did not work (another issue) so I deleted it.

I think, I'm saying again, I think that since then every thing got screwed-up (forgive my French).

I can not recall adding/removing any plugs.

I was checking today and found few things.

1 - on the status bar there is the forum description and not the forum name. in addition the description on the status bar sows the old description before I split the category into 2 forums.

2 & 3 - When I presses on a reply (post # 18), nothing happens, the reply number appears on the URL of Chrome and also in the status bar but nothing happens, the screen seems to do something, refreshed and back to the forum's home
