Hi there,

Hope you can help. I'd like to change to the Grey colour scheme for my forum, but when selected, nothing seems to change. The default (sky blue) colour scheme remains. I've clicked on WP admin>forums>settings>styles>selected grey>update options.

I'm using Safari by the way and I have read about the effect deleting cache and the Ctrl+F5 can have on this process. I've tried deleting the cache for Wordpress, and I have tried the Ctrl+F5 which just seems to highlight the text of the website in the browser bar.

Please help, thank you in advance

This is still cache issue or the /wp-content/plugins/wpforo/wpf-themes/classic/colors.css file is not writable in file system. Try to delete the colors.css file, then go to the Settings > Styles Tab and press [Update Options] again. It should generate new  colors.css file with grey colors. Then delete all caches again and check using private session of browsers.

This is a file system permission issue or hosting service hard caching issue. The colors.css cannot be created/updated, or it's updated but your cache don't allow to be loaded, it still loads the old cached colors.css. Yous should check both and check with private sessions of browsers to avoid browser caches.
