And then you will know.

TBF, I think this could be the issue. People can still log in and sign up, but a rare few have these problems. 

I have disabled the captcha for logins. But sometimes, one will still appear, I think Massimo is right that it must be coming from the server side, but then my hosting company assures me it isn't lol

Litespeed server has ENABLED a special captcha (google) for brute force protection. No matter if you disable all captchas, this is enabled by the SERVER.

Not 100% sure this is his problem, still if he has no plugins captchas and still sees a Robot check, that could be it.

There is no reCAPTCHA box on your login pages. Your reCAPTCHA is disabled. So they should already login w/o any issue. It seems that was just a cache.
