we had initially set up an English-language forum, with Polylang and the URLs


/community/
/sign-in/
/sign-up/

 

which appears as 


en/community/
en/sign-in/
en/sign-up/

on the website.


Now we wanted to create a German-language forum. We created a new board with a new ID, new slug and German language. The German page does not have /de/ in the URL because this is the original website and url.

Our problem: The registration and log-in from the German site redirects to /en/ and after the log-in or registration from the German site, we are redirected to the English forum site and not to the German site. A language switcher is on the website.

Any idea what is wrong?
