Thank you Sofy - that did the trick! Was set to 6 posts before unlocking the report function - I would have never seen that!

Please check whether the current user is no longer considered new. You should verify the value of the “User is New (under hard spam control) during first posts” option. Once the approved post count becomes greater than the value set in this option, the button should become visible.

Please check this and let us know.

Hi all, many thanks for you replies! Much appreciated this end. :)

I have followed all suggestions, but unfortunately still cannot see the report function.

I have included some screenshots:

The first screenshot shows the user and their assigned role. 57

The second screenshot shows subscribed users are assigned standard access.

The third screenshot shows the 'can report' box ticked for standard access users.

It's possible I am missing something obvious! But thank you for investigating. :)

If you have any cache plugins installed on your website, please make sure that the wpForo plugin is excluded from the cache system.

Please record a video showing the following steps to help us better understand the issue:

The Usergroup assigned to the account you're using for testing
The Forum Access settings, ensuring the “Can report” option is enabled
The Edit screen for each forum and category, displaying the Forum Permissions section

This will allow us to review everything properly and assist you further.

Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue. I can’t see the “Report” text/button in the chats, and my permissions are configured correctly. What should I do? Thanks!
