Sorry for the late response, Moderator usergroup by default cannot be set as Secondary, the Checkbox in the Usergroup is a bug which would be fixed.

You can create a new usergroup with the needed options and use it for Moderators.

I attached a screenshot in the original post showing that there is no option of anything under the "Forum - Secondary Usergroups" in Dashboard > Users > Forum Profile Fields - WpForo.

thoughts?

Hi @kgw203,

navigate to Dashboard > users, edit the needed user, enable the Secondary usergroup for that User from Forum Profile Fields - wpForo field.

If you want to set the User's Secondary Usergroup from the User's wpForo Profile, you will need wpForo User Custom Fields addon to add the Secondary Usergroups field in the Account Tab.

I've enabled a usergroup to be a secondary usergroup...

but I can't seem to add a user to a secondary usergroup... the option doesn't appear in the profile or user edit page.
