wpForo doesn't have control over the date displayed in the search result. wpForo SEO doesn't have any meta-tag which manifests the date. So there is no way to remove it from wpForo side. The only way is removing all date information from topics and posts. But there is no single option to do that. In other words we cannot help you do remove it, because it's the Google feature, it doesn't come from wpForo SEO functions.

Is it possible to remove date for SEO search engine (schema) or at least make it "last modified date"?

As I have forums that started for example in 2019 but it has recent valid posts also, but nobody wants to click on old 2019 forum post (as it seems for users).
