Hi,

Please check the subscriptions in the “Subscription Manager” section. If the user has already selected the “Subscribe to all new topics and posts” option, the “Subscribe for new replies” option will no longer be available, since the current user is already subscribed. In this case, no additional button is needed.

Next, please make sure the “Can subscribe” checkbox is enabled.

For example, if the user group is Registered and they have Standard Access in the forum settings, navigate to:

Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses

Edit Standard Access

Make sure the “Can subscribe” checkbox is checked.

I recently discovered that the subscribe button (in orange at the top left of a thread, see attachment), is not always displayed.

As an administrator, I indeed see it, but some other members, who are not administrators, don't.

I thought it could be a problem with access rights, but didn't find anything concerning this button in Wpforo parameters.

Did I miss something?
