  • – Small part of topic’s first post text (New Topic notification)
  • – Reply title (New Reply notification)
  • – Small part of reply’s text (New Reply notification)
  • – Subscription confirmation link
  • – Unsubscribe link
  • – Post reporter user Display Name
  • – Report message
  • – Reported post URL

As you can see there is no any shortcode with user_ prefix. There is only   close to your case.
