Файлы для перевода типа PO/MO должны лежать в директории /wp-content/plugins/wpforo/wpf-languages

Для корректного вывода языка используйте русскую версию WordPress.

Перевод для последней версии 1.1.0 в аттаче. В том числе xml файл.

Please read the documentation. wpForo Menu is a simple WP menu, just edit and change labels.
