It should show the "You have been successfully unsubscribed" message on the right top of the homepage. You can check it here and make sure it works fine.

As far as I know, there is no way to delete several subscriptions at the same time. You should unsubscribe one by one. Probably via DB, in any way, I'll update this topic once I get some recommendations from developers.

Works great for me in 6 installations, 2 are mine.
Have you ever checked your wpForo pages for JS related errors (f12) ?
They show a lot of errors, could be the cause ?
The strange is that it works in topics page but not in the subscription tab in the profile
Have you made some customizations? I mean do you have a /wpforo/ folder in your theme files or have you added some codes in the functions.php file?
