I am using this plugin on a learndash website and added the plugin because I read on the below thread that you can add users to a group in bulk. I can't figure out how to do this.

wpForo doesn't have option to add user in bulk, We don't have any info about your mentioned plugin, how it works and would it work with wpForo. You have to find out that yourself.

No, You can not bulk delete Usergroups with Users, wpForo uses WordPress users so deleting wpForo Usergroups will not delete WordPress user.
