There is no such function. wpForo automatically inserts the user nickname when you click the reply button. Also, you can copy the nicknames from the user information:

For a topic, If I type @ followed by some letters of user name then it does not autocomplete or display suggestion.

Another way, I do not see list of members if typed @ followed by some letters.
