The developers have checked your website and did not find any issues related to the wpForo plugin.

The issue is related to the SMTP settings of your website hosting. Please contact your hosting support and ask them to check and fix the issue.

The developers have added a new script that blocks all kinds of emails sent from your website. It is now working fine. Once the hosting support configures everything, please disable the snippet added by our team.

I have done some more reply and topic posting tests. 99% of the time, they all take way over 1 minute to post.

There is only 1 post that I found that posts the reply in a few of seconds... and that post has every member tagged in it using the @ tags, which makes me even more confused now. If it were a SMTP problem sending emails, then surely that post should be the one that takes the longest with everyone tagged in it? Very strange. 

I have GD Mail Queue installed anyway, so that shouldn't be a problem? Could you please let me know if there is any set up required for that as I mentioned in the first post here please too? 

Any help you can give me would be massively appreciated, as the forum is pretty un-usable right now. I have only run a beta test to about 58 members so far, and the public launch is coming up soon, and I have an investor interested. I cannot launch it like this though, or send it to my investor in this current state. Even the beta testers have stopped posting now. I've had 3 posts in the last month :s 

Please let me know what we can do as I would love it to work properly before I put more money and time into getting it ready for the public launch. Thank you!

I've already done all of those. Still no good. I've also checked every other post on here about it and tried everything they said too. Everyones replies to posts are still taking over a minute.

I've tried fixing this for the last little while using the info already available on here, but my replies are still dead slow. Each reply is taking over 1 minute and now everyone has stopped using my forum because of it. 

I have installed GD Mail Queue (as i have to use WP Mail SMTP to send emails) and this hasn't changed anything speed wise. I've looked through the settings and I can't see anything that needs configuring inside GD Mail Queue. Should it just work "out of the box' so to speak? 

I have also checked my site health and that says I have no cache plugin, which could be slowing it down... but as all of my websites pages contain wpforo forum pages, I can't use a cache plugin without breaking everything? 

I have also installed Query Monitor, but the numbers it comes back with don't match up with whats going on. It says 1.5 seconds loading time when it is more like 1 minute 12 seconds. 

I'm unsure what to do now and getting very frustrated with it as I have spent a lot on this website with all the addon plugins and it is now un-usable for users to the point everyone has stopped using it because of the slow reply times.
