Finally I found it. The Wp-Ulike plugin make it conflict, it make bbPress notification not work on BuddyPress ,too. 

Sorry bro for this botheration. I'll contact Buddypress dev for the report.

Yah! The main parts of my forum was for logged in member only, forum's divided is based on User group

Notification features used to work just fine with these conditions . but it's not work anymore.
