@robert There are no error logs in my file manager or in the plugin

@btrent12,

This is something that impossible to debug. There is some conflict with server or with Theme/Plugins. In any case, try to find error logs. First, check the Forums > Tools > Debug > Errors & Issues tab. Then look at your website root and /wp-admin/ directory and see if there is an error.log file.

@martin No, not using Multi Site. Also the issue happens on a fresh install with no plugins activated

@btrent12,

Are you using WP Multi Site installation?

Can you disable all plugins and try it again?

@tqarb that's what I thought too after looking through the forums but that did not help. Tried it about 6 times lol

I think and I'm not sure that you need to update the permalinks from the WordPress dashboard

Log in to WordPress.
Go to Settings > Permalinks.
Choose the permalink structure you prefer, or create a custom one.
Click Save Changes

@btrent12,

What do you mean saying "In forum tools"? Can you leave a screenshot?

Hello,

I'm trying to figure this out. Every time I try to update anything in Forum Tools, it does not update and instead takes me to an "Oops! That page can’t be found." page. This happens on multiple devices.

This is the demo site:

I'm planning to buy some plugins if I can get this figured out!
