I'm sorry, but wpForo default Usergroups can be Forum Permission can be changed only mannualy.

Forums don't take Categories options when created, Forum Permissions for the Forums are set by default, and you should change them manually.

HOW change FORUM PERMISSION Default :

 

The guest have by default " Read only"  but guest should have " NO ACCESS"   AS DEFAULT.

Where can we change it please ?
