Please deactivate all other plugins switch to some default theme and check again. This is a conflict with other plugins or current active them. We just need to find a conflict maker.

Also, it seems you have some optimizer plugin which minifies files and damages. Please deactivate all optimizer and Minifier plugins, delete all cache and test it again.
