What should be made that on main in widgets was with css?

It depends on what you want to do and how you want to display it. I'm sorry but we don't provide widget customization support. You should find some CSS specialist.

About the empty message, when pressing to answer that it is possible to send the empty message. For an example above is, I have just pressed to send without filling in the message.

Ok, I see what do you mean, we'll add an option to set min post length.

All is correct, the only difference is blue color of titles. wpForo widget inherits wpForo style on wpForo page. It can't be identical on other page.

Also it turns out to send the empty message

Please navigate to wpForo Settings > Emails Tab and manage all email texts.
