I have just updated and thanks to another post figured out how to get the boxed layout but whenever I click on one of the forums it won't go into it.  I am lucky as this is a new forum so I only have one topic on there and that is the Rules one but I can't get into it.

Anyone know why this is happening?  There are no settings for the boxed layout in settings.

If you click it, you'll receive an email to confirm your subscription.
This is too complicated for users.
When a user creates a new topic, they should be automatically subscribed.

I noticed that on Chrome (but I believe on other browsers too), if you have automatic translation in your active language, the search results in an error.

But I'm keen to try the new boxed layout. For some reason it's not appearing as an option when I edit my forum - I can only see the other 4 options. Same with the Display Forums option in Settings. 

I've tried clearing caches and accessing via Incogito as well. I can see the What's New Page settings, so it's definitely updated. 

Do I need to enable the boxed layout feature somewhere?

1 -Regarding the new page, it is available in English.

 

We tried to translate the title and descriptions without success.

 

It is not possible to translate the titles via the "phrases" tab in the WP Forum front-end.

Words to be translated do not appear in the edit areas. 

 

We have: Recent activity timeline, all activities, alltime, and the large button: "Load more activities, etc."

 

 

2- We automatically receive an email after viewing this page, but everything is in English as well.

 

What can we do ?

We have 2 forum boards.

In the first forum board (SAOH Forum), the Subscription Manager has the following (also shown in attached photo):

  1. Subscribe to all new topics and posts (unchecked by default)
  2. Subscribe to all new topics (unchecked by default)
  3. Categories and topics in a tree menu (unchecked by default)

In the second forum board (SEOH Forum), the Subscription Manager has the following (also shown in attached photo):

  1. Subscribe to all new topics and posts (checked by default)
  2. Subscribe to all new topics (checked by default)
  3. No categories and topics displayed
  4. Beneath where the tree menu would be displayed, it shows individual topic subscriptions

The first forum is behaving as we would expect. The second forum does not allow the user to unsubscribe at all and we're starting to get reports of users who are overwhelmed with the volume of emails. The  unsubscribe link in the emails does not
