The wpForo has a "Custom Authorization URLs" options.  The option is located in the  Dashboard > Forums > Settings >  Members admin page, find and check the options.

I need the extended capability for a legal agreement and logic.

I have the page with the working registration form setup fine, but I need to replace the REGISTRATION link for the button in the wForo tool bar. I can add my form page to the site menu, but your own registration form is not adequate.
