I don't think so, getting the last comments' topics is something out of regular rss calls, in any case this cannot be provided quickly.

wpForo has RSS link to get:

  • Latest 10 topics of the forum: https://wpforo.com/community/?type=rss2&forum=g
  • Latest 10 posts of the forum: https://wpforo.com/community/?type=rss2&forum=g&topic=g

In addition:

  • In each forum you can find forum specific RSS links
  • In each topic you can find topic specific RSS links.

So these are the real list of RSS links normally all forums have, so does wpForo.
