The tool was designed for WordPress forum plugins. phpBB is a stand-alone forum. We have to care about file attachments, bbCode and separate user database. So this is the reason why we didn't finished migration tool. We might release a light version in a few weeks. Which will only convert users, forums, topics and posts. phpBB attachments are encrypted and saved without extensions. You should copy all attachment files and past in certain folder of WordPress before starting migration.

In other words there are many extra changelings in stand-alone forum migration process and takes more time.
