Hi.. is it possible to add "make a sticky post" as one of the selections under Usergroup permissions?

This permission already exists and this is forum specific permission so you can enable it in specific forum for specific usergroups so this permission and all forum specific permissions are located in Forum Accesses in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses Tab.

Thanks Robert. I see it now. For majority of the 'CANs' there is a clear differentiation between what can a user do to 'own' post/reply/answer vs what they can do to others post/reply/answer. For example, there are separate checkboxes for 1) Can set topic private 2) Can set own topic private.

But there is only one selection for Can set topic sticky. Does it mean that the usergroup can make all topics sticky if it is checked?

Can another selection be added here "Can set own topic sticky" so the admin can select more specifically what permission to be granted to the usergroup.

Yes, the sticky permission is designed for all. Stick topics is a moderator or admin tool, it should not be enabled for regular users, in that case all will stick own topics, this is something out of all moderation logics. I'm sorry but we'll not add such CAN for own topics.
