Please update to wpForo 3..0.8 version, delete all kind of caches, delete all conversations and create new one for testing. Also, please do hard refresh of the browser before testing.

This appears to be a CSS conflict with your theme or another plugin. You can either keep the custom code or identify the source of the conflict and contact the plugin/theme support for assistance.

RE: Old category and forums move to new board

Moving forum content between boards in wpForo can be a bit tricky because the relationships between categories and forums are tied to specific board IDs.
The most straightforward way to do this is to go to the "Forums" menu in your dashboard and simply edit the category or forum you want to move. There should be a dropdown menu where you can select the "Parent Forum" or the "Board" it belongs to. Once you switch it to the new board and save, it should migrate over with all the topics and posts intact.
Just a heads-up:- after moving things, it’s always a good idea to go to wpForo > Settings > Dashboard and click the buttons to "Rebuild Threads/Posts Information" and "Clear All Caches." This usually fixes any weirdness with post counts or broken links that might happen during the move!

@sofy Adding that CSS did fix the problem. Is there a reason this is necessary? It seems that the WPForo 2026 theme should include that?

I managed to fix it. I simply enabled divi visual builder on page, removed wpforo short code from content field, repasted short code and board became active again. Odd. Not sure why wrappers got modified after updating but, it's fixed for now.

Issue I'm seeing now

in the chat results is that the titles of links are being replaced by the words 'BOLD'

Forum UX Greyed Out Unlimited Bundle Expired Same Time?

Forum UX completely greyed out and now shifted to the left on the page. Can't click any forum features or buttons. Noticed my forum needed updating today. Updated in dashboard, noticed I had notifications for all the addon bundle items I purchased in the unlimited bundle telling me I needed to activate them all again. Tried with keys, says keys expired. Odd that this all happened at the same time. Haven't changed anything else on the site. No new plugins. Forum is here: https://pepperguru.com/community/

We have released wpForo 3.0.7 version, please update and do the following steps:

1. Navigate to wpForo > AI Features > WordPress indexing tab

2. Do hard refresh of the page (Shift Refresh or Ctrl+Refresh)

3. Click the

5. Wait for 5 minutes so the indexed stuck queue is cleared

6. Start indexing, uncheck the unnecessary post types and click the button.

Once all done you can check it in the chat widget. In any case, please delete WordPress cache and wpForo cache in wpForo > Overview admin page ( button)
