Hello,

Before I make a mistake. After a migration from SimplePress is it ok to deactivate and delete the SimplePress plugin and Go2wpForo plugin??

Hi @sapere-aude,

The Go2wpForo tool ken be deactivated and deleted. As for Simple:Press we recommend do a full backup of database and files. Then only delete Simple:Press plugin. Please don't delete the avatars and attachments from file system. The database tables can also be removed after a backup.

In case you want to say thank you !)
We'd really appreciate and be thankful if you leave a good review on plugin page. This is the best way to say thank you to this project and support team.

I want to make very sure I understand correctly. Delete the SimplePress plugin without checking any of the "uninstall" options in SimplePress settings?

If is is unclear to you, just make a full backup of your WP installation and then go ahead. If you do something wrong, then you will be able to restore everything in 1-2 hours tops.

That is exactly what I did. Things seem to be fine after deactivation and removal of UltimateMember, SimplePress and all related plugins.
