If you do something wrong, then you will be able to restore everything in 1-2 hours tops.

The Go2wpForo tool ken be deactivated and deleted. As for Simple:Press we recommend do a full backup of database and files. Then only delete Simple:Press plugin. Please don't delete the avatars and attachments from file system. The database tables can also be removed after a backup.
