Hello, with update 1.6.0, I decided to start my forum.

 https://bozpforum.cz

It is in the Czech language, so it will be very incomprehensible for you, yet I will welcome any criticism. In the near future I will start marketing and advertising. And, of course, I will also start hoping that people will enjoy and debate.

Thx.

If we do only what we can to do, we would never do anything.

One thing i noticed is that there is a LOT of wasted space left and right of the screen. Like 30% of the page.

Other than that, all looks good. All the best with it ...

@Anonymous20 I think narrower columns are better to read. But you're right. I wanted to turn off this narrowing for mobile devices. I'm on it. Thx

Now here is a problem i see, you use wpForo as home page and also Comet Cache. I think you must totally remove any caching (apart from wpForo internal cache).

Or maybe an other way to exclude just wpForo exists, that i don't know (since wpForo is on the home page).

Turn off the cache plugin completely?

Well, how can you exclude just wpForo ? If it was a page with a shortcode, it is easy. But for home page and the rest, i dunno how it can be done.

But you must exclude wpforo. This is for sure.

Ok, read this:

https://cometcache.com/kb-article/how-can-i-exclude-the-home-page-from-being-cached/

and also exclude all "/diskuse/*" (no quotes).

Just make sure you have ENABLED the internal wpForo caching options (4 of them i think).

Just check your pages also. It seems that most of them (not related to wpForo) are not cached because

"<!-- Comet Cache is NOT caching this page, because the PHP constant `DONOTCACHEPAGE` has been set at runtime."

Thank you @vit-hofman,

Looks nice! However I see the Autoptimizer plugin is active and it caches CSS/JS and HTML minified versions. Please remember, if you got any problem first disable this plugin and check it. Delete all minification caches of Autoptimizer if something doesn't work. This will be your first problem maker if you got any problem. Especially when you update plugin or addon or install new plugin you'll get JS errors or CSS style issues if the cache of Autoptimizer plugin is not reset.

So in future if you got some issue, before asking any question here please disable this plugin, delete all caches, pres Ctrl+F5 on forum front end twice then test it.

In case you want to say thank you !)
We'd really appreciate and be thankful if you leave a good review on plugin page. This is the best way to say thank you to this project and support team.

@Robert Thanks to autooptimize, I have a shorter load time of half a second.
What is the real load time for wpForo?

If we do only what we can to do, we would never do anything.

For me, for a small forum, it is between 2.6 and 3.2 seconds.

I improved my forum. The forum is now ready.

I am already satisfied now (I apologize to administrators for a lot of questions and comments).
I worked on web speed. All forum features are already functional, even on a mobile phone.
I got the first members, willing to test the forum. So far, they are thrilled.
So everything is ready for public promotion.

At least this way I want to thank the development team for their great work. In the near future I will try to buy and run private messages, so there will be more support.
I also thank all members of the community for their activity here and their willingness to help. Really very valuable.
