Try this CSS and check your forum with the CSS I provided and without it, you just need to scroll down and up to see the changes:
Insert the CSS Code in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles Tab > Custom CSS Code field.

I would say that the forum URL should be something that describes the forum. community and forum are one of those words.
