Interesting plugin that one, i have opened some topic at WP org and their support area, for a few things.

I'm able to add custom cookies using Complianz (this might be a premium version), so it's been updated. The good thing about this is that the plugin automatically scans for new cookies on a regular basis and will tell you if you are out of compliance.
