Hi Guys,

Will wpForo consider including 2FA login support, and additional social platforms for login such as LinkedIn and Twitter ?

Thanks

I really would like to see 2 Factor Authentication. Maybe integrate it with the Google Authenticator WordPress plugin?

@erich199 agreed. I'm currently doing it "the long way round" by using Theme My Login and Two Factor Authentication - https://www.phenomlab.com/login

Yes, you always can use different login page with many WordPress authorization plugins. Just make sure the new login page URL is inserted in wpForo settings, to let wpForo know about new login page. The setting is located in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > members admin page:

@anonymous3542,

Actually, since WPforo is using the default WP login form - this 2FA plugin works without a problem.

https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-authenticator/

We just need some talented coder to have it so that the settings show up inside of the users' account settings area. Currently, they show up in the dashboard area.

@erich199 the Two Factor Authentication (a fork of the Google version mentioned above) has shortcodes that can be used in profile pages. It would just be a case of creating another tab then adding the shortcodes there - or a PHP function.
