Hi, I want to use wpforum in a vds server How much RAM and disk space will be needed min? (Currently around 500 users but I also want to learn for 2k users)
PHP Memory is related to how many CONCURRENT users / visitors you have/may have. Otherwise 256 mb is ok.
Again also disk storage is not related to users but to topics/posts/attachments. Impossible to guess.
@dimalifragis thank you, I see my daily backup size in server increases rapidly as the new users registered each day, that's why I wondered
@mahirbarut A simple user registration can't increase rapidly the storage, unless you have 1000 daily new users.
Also wpForo is part of Wordpress, maybe also something else in WP does that? Check your db tables if you can and see what exactly increases ....
