Hi Robert,

We have set the members to nicename and have also changed the Display name, however, it is not displaying on the front end. We have cleared all caches and have made the proper changes, but it still is not working.

Please see attached.

We noticed that this only happens (disappears) once we manually change the Display name from the Forum profile page and WP backend. The default ones are showing, but we don't want the usernames.

Please change it in forum profile page. Also check it here at wpForo Community. here we use the default native wpForo plugin, nothing is changed or customized.

Hi Robert, our developer left and we are stumped with some issues. Are you able to take a look if the plugin has been modified by him in some way since we have done everything by the book re: display name and it's not showing in the front end.
