The hamburger icon can sometimes be difficult to locate on mobile browsers (see first attachment) and it can be a nightmare for the user interface. I was wondering how it can be removed to show the "Full Menu" instead, like the tablet and desktop browsers (the second attachment shows what I mean). Thanks for any help and advice in advance!

Next, how do I make the "icons" show up on the mobile browser? They appear on the desktop/tablet browsers (I highlighted the icons in the attached screenshot)
