I Have added this Wpforo plugin in our company site but as a new user (subscriber) i'm unable to register in forum
error - 404 page not found? can any one please help me on this.

Because this is not wpForo registration page. I see example.com/register/ slug on your screenshot. wpForo register and login page slugs are:
- Login: www.example.com/community/?wpforo=signin
- Register: www.example.com/community/?wpforo=signun
Navigate to Forums > Settings > Members admin page and make sure these fields are empty:
If you have a profile plugin with login and register pages, put those page slugs to according fields.
If not also check this settings in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page:
we don't have profile plugin with login and register pages, Like BBpress or anything
