I have gone through some of your forum posts but am unclear if there are definative answers to a couple of my questions.
- Is there a paid version of the software that provides more features / support?
- Do you guys have a reply by email function? (Users would get a notification of a new post / topic to the forum in email. The user could then just hit the reply button in email and it would add the reply to the post.)
- Is there an email digest. So there might be a forum that you want to monitor that gets a lot of postings. For that forum they only want a daily digest of what came through vs. being notified of each topic.
- Do you have the ability to supply a notification for just a particular topic vs an entire forum area?
That is all I can think of for now. I am trying to do this with BuddyPress and bbPress and so far have not been super happy with the results.

There is no paid version. wpForo is a free plugin with free support. However it has paid addons. You can find all addons in gVectors Team Store: https://gvectors.com/product-category/wpforo/

There is no such function. Not planned yet.

Admins and moderators are able to receive notification about new topics and posts. Even if a topic/post become unapproved you get email with "Please moderate..." prefix.

You can subscribe to particular forum and to particular topic. Each forum and topic has its own subscription buttons.
The "email digest" feature is something that I've had requests for as well.
Basically, how it's supposed to work is that rather than receive a single email for every reply you are subscribed to, you get a daily (or weekly) email summary of the posts you were subscribed to - this cuts down on getting constantly emailed for topics (especially active ones!).
I would also love to see this feature - it's probably in my top five feature requests.
