Currently new users can't sign-up in my forom, don't understand why 😓 

When you want to sign-up, you choose your user name than add you email, do the Google Captcha and push the button sign-up, it automatically leads you to my login admin page...

I don't if I need to check WpForo settings, or Wordfence setting or if can be another plug-in doing it?

I did lot of change recently on my Wordpress, the sign-up was working few days ago...

If you had already the same problems, thanks for your help!
