how it's possible to add smiley on the forum ?

it's better when we can add a picture on 🙂 . (another pictures : ) )

I'm sorry but there is no other option in wpForo. It works with default WordPress emoticons. In near future we may release wpForo Emoticons addon, it comes with extended features, unique smile packs and smile selector on topic/post editor.
