you are using elementor, so the wpForo color.css will not be loaded and also the wpForo custom CSS code
you have to enter custom CSS code in the Elementor custom CSS area

as already written above the color.css of wpForo is not loaded and therefore also not your settings
maybe something went wrong during the installation

I can't find a way, I had reset and put the colors.css into the [wp-content/plugins/wpforo/themes/2022/] 2022 file.
I tried for a day and collapsed , don't know how else to do🤨
by the way the old version is ok!
