Is there any kind of dummy content or sample data I can add to WP Foro? I am interesting in testing some use cases, but I would need sample data to do it.

I'm sorry, but we don't have such data. wpForo creates dummy parent category and child forum on installation. You can add dummy topic in that forum and test all four forum layouts by changing them in the parent category edit screen.
