[Closed] Ignore / mute user feature

An ignore feature is fairly common in various forums. It allows users to essentially block other users, similar to Facebook's block feature. For example, if I ignore a user, I don't see any of their posts or replies in the forums and they cannot send me private messages.

IMHO, this could easily be a paid add-on for wpForo and I would gladly pay for it. 🙂

I'm sorry but we'll not add such buttons, at least this year. You can use Unapprove or Delete buttons for this purpose.

That doesn't work as it needs constant monitoring from either admin or the user sees the content regardless. How is admin meant to know what another user does / does not like.

I also support this.

This does not mean that the forum admin blocks/deletes user posts, but that users can choose to ignore other users. The ability for users to mute or block each other is very helpful to self-moderation of large forums.
